The web site has easy-to-follow links to the most useful Federal web sites; state, local and county consumer agencies; FCIC corporate publishing partners; consumer organizations; and corporations and trade associations with ongoing consumer programs. The most popular FCIC web feature is the Consumer Action Handbook.
